Removed libMolecuilderRandomNumbers from LinearAlgebra.

  • added RealSpaceMatrix::setRotation() that accepts phi[NDIM].
  • moved RealSpaceMatrix::setRandomRotation() to boundary.cpp where it is solely used.
  • Property mode set to 100644
