Added rudimentary Histogram class.

  • we still lack operator+=() and operator-=().
  • this is supposed to take up the range of eigenvalues and allow to get a sampled represenation of the density of states via the OrthogonalSummation.
  • added unit test.
  • Property mode set to 100644
