FIX: Element's HBondDistance and HBondAngle were not initialized as -1.

  • this causes faulty behavior with saturate-atoms (e.g. Li) which showed the bug.
  • TESTFIX: ElementUnitTest adapted to new default behavior.
  • Property mode set to 100644
