KeyValueValidator implemented.

  • SetParserParameters now receives vector<string> and they are translated to colon-separated values within Action's performCall().
  • TESTFIX: changed regression tests Parser/SetParameters/Mpqc.
  • added new regression tests that checks that --parser-parameters contains at least one argument.
  • Property mode set to 100644
