Added .dox check to LinearAlgebra as well and various other test fixes.

  • module is now named linearalgebra.
  • installcheck-local too runs parallel.
  • check uses AUTOTEST_PATH.
  • TESTFIX: added missing \date to present .dox files.
  • Property mode set to 100644
